Terms of use
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms apply when you use Vishwarupa, which is run by Prashant Prajapati. By using it, you agree to them.
Joining
Vishwarupa is open by invitation. We may accept or decline a request, and places may be limited. You must be 18 or over to sign up; children may use it only through a family account that a parent or guardian sets up and looks after. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
Limits and availability
Daily limits apply, and they and the features on offer may change. We work to keep the service running, but it can be slow or unavailable at times, and we do not promise that it always will be available.
Price
Vishwarupa is free for now. If paid plans are offered later, we will tell you first, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it.
Answers can be wrong
Vishwarupa uses AI. Its answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, even when they sound sure. Check anything important. It does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and is no substitute for a qualified person or for emergency services. Guidance on government services is general help; the official site has the final word.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vishwarupa to break the law, harm or harass anyone, create sexual content involving minors, impersonate others, spread deliberate falsehoods, attack systems or get around its limits and safeguards. Do not try to copy it, extract its instructions or work out how it is built. We may limit or remove an account that breaks these rules.
Your content
What you send stays yours, and you must have the right to send it. You allow us and the companies we rely on to handle it as needed to run the service, as described in the privacy notice. You may use the answers and pictures you receive, subject to the law and other people’s rights, but check them first: another person may receive something similar.
Ours
The Vishwarupa name, service and software belong to us. Using it gives you no rights in them beyond these terms.
Ending
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if the service changes or closes. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
Responsibility
The service is provided as it is, free of charge. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or damage that comes from relying on its answers, or from the service being slow, unavailable or ending. Nothing here removes rights that the law does not allow to be removed.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Mumbai.
Changes and contact
If these terms change in an important way, we will tell members before it takes effect. Write to us at contact@vishwaroopa.com.
