Privacy notice
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This notice explains what information Vishwarupa handles, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, the Vishwarupa app and the Vishwarupa Telegram bot.
Who runs Vishwarupa
Vishwarupa is run by Prashant Prajapati, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You can write to us at contact@vishwaroopa.com.
This website
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Its demos are prepared examples that run on your own device: what you type into them is not sent anywhere, and your microphone is not used. The company that hosts the website may keep ordinary technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the service.
What the service handles
- Your account: your name, the email address if you give one, and a protected form of your password. If you use Telegram, your Telegram chat ID.
- What you send: your messages, voice notes, photos, documents and other files, and the answers you receive.
- What it remembers: notes kept so that it can help you later, including things you ask it to remember, reminders and plans such as an exam date.
- Technical records: sign-in and security records, message counts for daily limits, and timings used to keep the service fast. Your device’s address may appear in these records.
- Requests and feedback: your name and any note you add when you ask to join or send feedback.
Why it is used
- To answer you, including reading your files and speaking or hearing your voice.
- To remember what helps you, and to send reminders and check-ins you can turn off.
- To decide requests to join, apply limits, keep accounts secure and stop abuse.
- To find and fix faults and improve the service.
We do not sell your information, and your conversations are never used to train AI models.
Who else handles it
Some of your information passes through other companies so that the service can work:
- AI model providers, who process your messages and files to produce answers.
- Search services, which receive the search words when it looks something up.
- Internet and security providers, which carry and protect the connection and can technically read the traffic while doing so.
- Telegram, if you choose to use it. Telegram’s own privacy policy applies there.
Some of these companies are outside India, so your information may be processed in other countries. They receive only what is needed for the task they do. We may also share information where the law requires it.
Who can see your conversations
Other members cannot see your conversations or what it remembers about you, unless you share a conversation yourself. Vishwarupa’s operator has technical access to the systems that store them, and looks at a member’s conversation only when that member asks for help with it, or when the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Your conversations and memory stay until you delete them or your account is removed. Deleted information may stay in backups for up to 30 days, and is then gone. Security records are kept for a limited time, only as long as needed to protect the service.
Your choices and rights
- Delete a conversation in the app, and see and change what it remembers on the Memory page.
- On Telegram, send
/forgetto delete your chats and what it remembers about you, and/checkinsto turn check-ins on or off. - Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to erase it, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the address above. Your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 apply as that law comes into force.
For a complaint, contact our grievance officer, Prashant Prajapati, at contact@vishwaroopa.com. If it is not resolved, you may be able to approach the Data Protection Board of India.

You must be 18 or over to sign up. Children may use Vishwarupa only through a family account that a parent or guardian sets up and looks after.
Security
Connections are encrypted, accounts are kept separate, and two-step sign-in is available. No service can promise perfect security, so please avoid sending information you could not afford to expose, such as card numbers, PINs or OTPs.
